Does anyone make Soy sauce?

Yes, I have made it for the past 2 years. Of my attempts to make a couple of different types of miso and also soy sauce, the soy sauce has been consistently much better. If you are considering making some, I would encourage you to make a lot (i used a 3 gallon crock). With a large crock you have less potential surface area that might be exposed to air vs. the overall amount of sauce you are fermenting. Let me know if you have questions.
