My latest veggie ferment

I’m really pleased how my latest lot of veggies come out they are so tasty ,it’s cold here in Australia so I put them in a used broccoli foam box under the table ,left them mostly alone for 10 days
I was going to, add a photo bet despite making it smaller it’s still saying it to big grrrrrr :roll:

When it's cold here, ten days isn't enough to get any real souring going. Does it seem like fermentation has kicked in well? What veggies did you use?
