Fermented mushrooms? Has anyone here done that? Just searched it and discovered, to my surprise, it's actually a thing. Wish I'd known that when I lived in rural northern Idaho in a place where I could find puffballs much bigger than a softball...
Not sure where to post this so I asked in Miscellaneous also.
