fermenting in the tropics?

Postby scidoc666 on Mon Aug 30, 2021 10:27 pm

Hi, I'm a new user/fermentor, living in hot and humid Singapore. Where the indoor temperature averages 28°C. There is no consistently cool place in my house except in the wine chiller (14°) and refrigerator (4°C). I'd appreciate your thoughts on how to ferment here!

I don't know anything first-hand, but I remember some discussions around here about that. Like this one: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2952

You might find more with the search bar.

That's a reassuring thread, thanks very much for pointing it out.
