Sprouted spelt Starter

Hey fellow ferments, I am trying my hand at grain ferments. After falling totallly in love with sprouted spelt dough. or in the throes of my new sprouted spelt passion I ended up having a mass of partially ground sprouted spelt dough that was just impossible to work with. anyway threw it in a jar, thinking of pursuing a fermented cookie dough recipe in the winter. That was about a month ago opened it up today. It had a pleasant sour smell. here's a picture[img]export%20-%201.jpg[/img] nevermind. My questions should I feed it? When do I know when it is ready to use?
