Curing candida/fungal infections with fermented foods?

Has anyone cured themselves of that sort of annoying unbalance using fermented foods? Anyone has any experience of it?
I shall answer that post in a few months with a yes or no... I have been shamely suffering from it for 15 years. (but never ate fermented foods till about a month ago).

Please do keep us updated on your progress, it's very interesting. I'm going to attempt to do the same thing myself, but I have SIBO instead of a candida overgrowth. I think good fermented foods that could help are nattō and sauerkraut that has been left to ferment for a long time. Good luck with it!
