I read on the cultures for health website that for making kombucha, they recommend using organic cane juice crystals. But if I type that in to Amazon, I can't seem to find a relevant product. Can anyone suggest the name of an organic cane juice crystals product please? Thanks a lot.

yes. cane juice crystals = evaporated cane juice.
