I have to be careful not to consume too much sugar, and was wondering if anyone know how much sugar is left after brewing a batch of Kombucha. I use a fairly standard recipe, 1 cup sugar to one gallon of tea and one cup starter liquid, and let it brew for a fairly long time, typically a month. Curious how much of the sugar has been eaten by the wee beasties in the scoby.
