I recently made bread with kombucha and packet yeast. Has anyone tried without the packet yeast?
It's lovely spongy texture...

Hi. Have you replaced all the water in the recipe with kombucha?

Sorry, I can't remember but I think I did. I don't imagine it makes a difference to dilute it a bit though.
