Hello Fermentation Enthusiasts!
I'm looking for a person that has experience making miso, kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha who would like to help moderate an online forum for a training program that I am facilitating.
I want someone who can share their experiences while fermenting these foods to liven up the group and get them in the mode of sharing!
This gives you the opportunity to:
- see how a virtual fermentation training is facilitated
- practice teaching and explaining something you are passionate about
- excite and incite enthusiasm about fermentation
