Chillie Sauce Ferment - Green Spots

Postby Cosmo_Dulano_II on Sat May 07, 2022 6:01 am

Hello Folx,
I have (my first) a chilli, garlic, onion, fig ferment going.
Everything seems fine- there's kahm yeast, the smell is sour, no mold whatsoever.
BUT, the quartered onions have green spots on the outside, quite bright.
the other veggies don't.
Please tell me it's not spoilt!
Thank you for your feedback in advance!

I can't tell much from that picture, but it doesn't look alarming to me. Is all the produce submerged? If so, there's not much that can go wrong.
